MEADOW PTA
The PTA is made up of a committee of parents, teachers and staff that work at the school. We are all volunteers, but the real PTA is all of us, anybody that has a child at The Meadow is part of the PTA. We are all helping to make our children's time at The Meadow a time for fun and learning and with the monies raised through the PTA we can help to provide the extras that the school budget just can't manage.
Over the years the PTA have helped to buy all sorts of things for our children to enjoy; playground equipment, sound systems, video cameras, outside theatre productions, in fact the list could go on and on.
The money is raised through all sorts of functions; Craft Fair, The Balsham Ball, Jumble Sale, June Revels, to name just a few. Not all the events are aimed to raise money, we organise fun things for our children that don't make a profit, but then that's what it's all about.
Where you come in:
Whether you decide to give your help on the night, bake a cake, donate a prize or most importantly come to the event, your help makes it all possible. If you fancy a bit more of a commitment then why not join the committee, ask in the school office for details and keep a look out for our forthcoming events.
